Institute of Technology And Management, Gwalior/ITM, The institute is established in 1997, approved by AICTE and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya(RGPV), Bhopal.

Institute technology and management is promoted by Bhartiya Vidya Mandir Shiksha Samiti which is an educational society established in 1969 with the objective of promoting educational institutions to later to the educational needs of Gwalior and its neighbouring areas. The society is registered under the Madhya Pradesh Societies Registration Act 1959 (No. 1 of 1960) at No. 1364 dated May 24th 1969 during the last 40 years of its existence the society was successfully promoted a number of prestigious institutions covering a wide range from nursery to under graduation in management, I.T., Engineering, Technology and Pharmacy.
